Manage, coordinate all activities concerning guests in the church site, schedule volunteers, interface with the Network Director

Sunday – set up before the guests arrive, unload trailer, set up beds, etc.

Welcome guests

Serve the meal, clean up, host families

Overnight Hosts

Sleep overnight at the host site

Ensure families are up at 6:00 am and out the door by 6:45 am

Van Drivers

Drive the van in the morning from church site to the day facility and/or drive in the evening from day facility to the church site


Perform activities with children


Clean Up Volunteers

Tear down beds, clean up and set up church

Laundry Volunteers

Wash the laundry after hosting (Each Host Church has its own bedding)
